CRM/MS Dynamics Engineer - Manual Testing

Role : QA Dynamics CRM (Manual testing) Location : Remote Experience : 5 to 6 years Must have : Manual Testing Experience in Dynamics CRM Testing is Mandatory Job Summary : We are seeking an experienced QA Dynamics CRM Manual Tester to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications and will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Manual Testing : Perform manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications to ensure that they meet the required specifications and functionality. - Test Case Development : Develop and execute test cases to validate the functionality of Dynamics CRM applications. - Defect Identification and Reporting : Identify and report defects found during testing, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues. - Test Environment Setup : Set up and maintain test environments for Dynamics CRM applications. - Collaboration with Stakeholders : Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure that testing aligns with business requirements. Requirements : - Dynamics CRM Experience : Proven experience in manual testing of Dynamics CRM applications. - Testing Skills : Strong testing skills, including test case development, test execution, and defect identification and reporting. - Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
