Job Description

Requirements: Proficiency in preparing quotations and handling accounts. Good telephone etiquette and people skills.​ Valid drivers license and own vehicle. Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in a medical administrative role is advantageous. Medical billing. Debt collecting. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Manage daily administrative tasks. Handle medical billing processes and liaise with medical aids. Follow up on outstanding accounts and manage debt collection. Prepare accurate quotations for services rendered. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure smooth operations. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
