Systems Implementation Lead - Centurion

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Systems Implementation Lead to join their team in Centurion, GP. The suitable candidate will be required to travel across the South and East of Africa. The client is looking for a driven and analytical professional with a strong background in Supply Chain and a passion for Technology, Data, and Process Improvement . This role will play a key part in driving strategic initiatives and improving operational efficiencies for the company and the CA&S Group across Southern and Eastern Africa. Responsibilities: Project Management & Implementation 1. Project Planning Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. 2. Requirements Gathering Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into system specifications. 3. Team Leadership Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team throughout implementation. 4. System Configuration Oversee system setup and customization to meet business requirements Training, Change & Risk Management 1. User Training Develop and deliver training programs to ensure seamless system adoption. 2. Change Management Manage the transition from legacy systems, minimizing disruption. 3. Quality Assurance Ensure implementations adhere to quality standards and project objectives. 4. Risk Mitigation Identify potential challenges and develop contingency plans Process Optimization & Vendor Management 1. Business Process Design & Optimization Improve operational workflows for efficiency and scalability. 2. Vendor Management Coordinate with technology partners to ensure successful implementation Requirements: Degree in BEng/BSc Industrial Engineering, BCom Logistics, or a related field . 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or systems implementation. Exposure to ERP, WMS, and TMS systems is essential. Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency ; MS SQL experience is a plus.
