DigiHelic Solutions - Technical Consultant - SAP DMC Module

Job Description : Responsibilities : Implementation & Configuration : - Configure and implement SAP DMC modules, including Shop Order Management, Production Execution, Traceability, Quality Management, and Data Collection. - Customize and extend SAP DMC functionalities to meet specific business requirements. - Configure integrations between SAP DMC and other systems, such as SAP S/4HANA, ERP, MES, and shop floor automation systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation related to SAP DMC configurations and implementations. - Configure POD(Production Operator Dashboard) UI. Integration & Development : - Develop and maintain interfaces using SAP Cloud Connector, Production Connector, and API management tools. - Design and develop custom extensions using SAP UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). - Work with OData services for data exchange and integration. - Integrate shop floor devices and automation systems with SAP DMC. Troubleshooting & Support : - Provide technical support for SAP DMC users, resolving issues and addressing inquiries. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues between SAP DMC and other systems. - Perform system monitoring and maintenance tasks. - Participate in system upgrades and patches. Client Interaction & Requirements Gathering : - Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP DMC implementations. - Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate SAP DMC capabilities. - Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to define solutions. - Assist in the development of project plans and timelines. Skills & Competencies : Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of SAP DMC architecture and functionalities. - Experience with SAP Cloud Connector and Production Connector. - Proficiency in SAP UI5 and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS). - Knowledge of OData services and API management. - Experience with shop floor automation and integration. - Understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ERP integration with DMC.
