Job Title : Manage Engine Engineer Experience : 1yr Location : Delhi Notice Period : 60days Primary Skills : ManageEngine, Endpoint Central, Service Desk, OP Manage, seGood communication Roles and Responsibilities : - Installation and configuration of ManageEngine Products like Endpoint Central, Service Desk, OP Manage and others - Presales presentations, demo and POC of ManageEngine tools a at customer site or through MS Teams - Troubleshoot and Resolve support issues at customer site, raise support tickets with ManageEngine and get them resolved. - Training and supporting other team members on Manage Engine. - Preparation of presales documentation and also of Prerequisites required at customer site for installation - Quarterly Audit of ManageEngine products installed at customer site and share the shortcomings and improvements to be made. - Ensuring support SLAs are being met. - Logging and closing tickets on an online ticketing system. - Preparation of sign off documentation and improvement checklist.
