AI/ML Engineer

Job Description : Responsibilities : - Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques (e.g., deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, time series analysis). - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data quality, perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), and implement effective feature engineering techniques to improve model performance. - Deploy and scale machine learning models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps best practices. - Build and maintain robust and scalable MLOps pipelines for automated model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. - Continuously monitor the performance of deployed models, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability. - Effectively communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products and workflows. - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and related technologies, and proactively explore and prototype new approaches to solve business problems. - Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following software engineering best practices. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Investigate and resolve issues related to model performance, data pipelines, and deployment infrastructure. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. - 5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment. - Strong proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and evaluation metrics. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Vertex AI). - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and MLOps principles. - Familiarity with data engineering tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Spark, data warehousing). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with specific AI/ML domains relevant to our business (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems). - Experience with building and deploying real-time AI/ML applications. - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools. - Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects. - Experience with big data technologies.
