Alternative Wellness Services (AWS) is excited to announce a new opportunity for a collaborative and experienced Clinical Program Manager to provide essential program management and clinical leadership. In this newly created role, you'll have a unique chance to shape the structure and success of our clinical programs, directly supporting our dedicated 5 supervisors. We're establishing this integrated Manager of Clinical Programs position to enhance collaboration and consistency across our diverse programs. Recognizing the power of interagency collaboration, this role is key to fostering strong internal connections, ensuring each clinical supervisor receives consistent and effective leadership.
This is an exciting opportunity to focus on optimizing program delivery, driving improvements with data, and building a strong, supportive team environment. You'll partner closely with senior leadership (focused on program development and growth) to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality services. We're seeking a leader who values the expertise within the team, empowers team members to grow, and leverages their experience to elevate our programs and AWS as a whole.
Here's what you'll achieve:
- Program Management: Establish and refine efficient administrative, clinical, and operational systems for our core clinical programs.
- Data-Driven Impact: Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to strategically inform program development and improvement.
- Supervisor Empowerment: Provide strong clinical leadership, supervision, and mentorship to clinical supervisors, fostering their professional growth, confidence, and development.
- Collaborative Culture: Cultivate a positive and respectful work environment that values the diverse experiences, insights, and contributions of the team.
What You'll Do:
- Provide strategic clinical leadership and operational oversight for our core clinical programs (Outpatient Therapy, BHH, SDS and Access).
- Directly supervise and mentor clinical supervisors, promoting their professional development, accountability, and overall success.
- Ensure clinical excellence, collaborating with our Senior Leadership and Quality Assurance to maintain adherence to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor KPIs, analyze data trends, and ensure staff performance training is aligned with agency standards and promotes continuous learning.
- Lead group supervision sessions to foster consistency, collaboration, and the implementation of effective clinical interventions across programs.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment that embodies AWS's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff, senior leadership, and external partners, facilitating clear and transparent communication.
- Manage program administration, ensuring compliance with agency policies, efficient resource utilization, and effective workflow management.
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of clinical staff, building a strong and competent team.

- Master's degree in social work or a related field.
- LCSW required.
- CCS license or ability to obtain it within 1 year.
- 3-5 years of management experience in behavioral health.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EHR software, and other agency-utilized computer programs.
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule in accordance with employee, client, and programmatic needs.
