As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key team member supporting business transactions with our customers. You are responsible for handling requests for product support, quotes, and order placement. You must also exhibit best business practices, respect, and courtesy to all customers and co-workers. This position suits you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally, you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
