What You’ll Do As the Lead Cash Specialist, you’ll be the go-to for everything related to incoming payments and cash application. You'll lead daily operations and work closely with the Financial Operations Supervisor to keep things accurate, efficient, and on track. Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily activities of the Cash Application team Receiving, sorting, scanning, and remotely depositing incoming payments Applying payments correctly to customer invoices and managing credit card authorizations Reconciling credit card payments with bank statements Preparing and maintaining daily cash activity and reconciliation reports Supporting cross-functional teams with payment-related information when needed You’ll help create smoother workflows, faster processing, and fewer headaches — all while leading a strong, capable team.
