Job Description Job Description Position Overview To assist in the administration needs for Worldwide Distribution’s product Management team in order to ensure accuracy and execution of documents. This position is entry level and for the right person gives a first step to a promising career Essential Job Functions Administrative Issue purchase orders to manufacturing partners Ensure all documentation is accurate Negotiate quotes and estimates Enter shipping information to internal database Prepare samples for approval to factories or customers Compile sales and purchasing information Intercompany Communications Coordinate with sales team for new product or quality inquiries Report to upper management any outstanding issues Work with other project managers to solve problems Conference with team members overseas and its management in order to complete tasks Incentive PTO Paid holidays 401k No WEEKENDS!
