Position Details: Location: Rock Springs, WY Start Date: ASAP End of School Year (EOSY) Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Caseload: K-12(details provided in the interview) Setting: Onsite only Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support student learning Deliver targeted instruction and interventions for elementary students Work collaboratively with general education teachers, support staff, and parents Track student progress and adjust learning strategies as needed Qualifications: Active Wyoming SPED certification required Experience working with elementary students preferred Strong classroom management and collaboration skills Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
