Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years special education experience required. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and execute impactful Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students. - Tailor your teaching methods to address the diverse learning styles and needs of your students. - Work collaboratively with general education teachers, counselors, and specialists to support and enhance student development. - Keep open lines of communication with parents and guardians about their childs progress and goals. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Masters degree is a plus). - Valid Special Education Teaching License or eligibility for certification. - Proven experience with students who have diverse learning needs and disabilities. - Deep understanding of IEP development and implementation. Preferred Skills: - Experience with assistive technology and adaptive tools. - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and positive behavior support strategies.
