Job Description Job Description Robert Half is partnering with a boutique law firm near Downtown Seattle for a Bankruptcy Paralegal! This position is looking to start immediately and offers hybrid flexibility. Key Duties: Manage and oversee bankruptcy cases, ensuring accurate filings and compliance with legal requirements. Assist attorneys in trial preparation by organizing legal documents, conducting research, and preparing case materials. Provide support in foreclosure cases, including document preparation and coordination of necessary filings. Draft and file legal documents related to bankruptcy and foreclosure proceedings, adhering to court deadlines and procedural rules. Requirements: 2 YOE in bankruptcy supporting an attorney The salary range for this position is $30-40/hr.
