Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Georgia certification to teach students with visual impairments, or eligibility to obtain this certification. Proficiency in Braille (preferred). Experience working with blind or visually impaired students in a K-12 setting. Strong communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills. Expertise in creating and managing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with visual impairments. A deep commitment to the educational, social, and emotional growth of students with visual disabilities.
