Travel Radiology Technologist - $2,647 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 05/25/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Title: X ray Tech Location: Rio Rancho, NM Duration: 13 Weeks Guaranteed Hours: 40 EMR Used : EPIC Shift/Schedule: 10 Hour Days Duties: Job Summary: Performs diagnostic medical radiography. Participates in CIT teams as necessary. Is knowledgeable regarding hospital policies and procedures. Essential Duties: -Maintains established department policies, procedures, objectives and quality assurance, safety. -Performs radiographic examinations. -Checks equipment, supplies and accessories on a regular basis. Required to maintain required stock of supplies for each radiography room. -Develops film including evaluating film for technical quality. -Maintains orderliness and cleanliness of work areas. -Transports patients to radiographic room (at times also back to room or ER); prepares and maintains room. -Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings and workshops. -Attends meetings as required. Skills: Required Skills & Experience: -Two (2) years’ current experience required specialty. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast paced environment. -Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
