Position: Special Education Teacher Location: Renton, WA Hours: Full Time Schedule: Monday to Friday Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of students with special needs. Provide direct instruction and support to students in person. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best educational outcomes for students. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to meet individual goals. Maintain accurate and confidential records related to student progress and IEP documentation. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Special Education; Masters degree preferred. Current Washington teaching license with Special Education endorsement Experience working with students is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, families, and colleagues in an onsite setting.
