Travel Nurse RN - ER/Trauma - $2,628 to $2,700 per week in Weymouth, MA

Position Summary: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN-ED) provides high-quality, compassionate, and timely care to patients with urgent and life-threatening conditions. The ED RN rapidly assesses and stabilizes patients of all ages, managing trauma, medical, and psychiatric emergencies while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Core Responsibilities: Rapidly triage patients upon arrival to prioritize care based on acuity Administer emergency medications, start IVs, and assist with procedures Provide trauma and code response, including CPR and ACLS interventions Manage a broad range of cases from minor injuries to critical emergencies (cardiac, respiratory, sepsis, stroke, trauma, psych, etc.) Monitor vital signs, EKGs, labs, and diagnostic reports Deliver age-appropriate care across all populations including pediatric patients Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR Communicate clearly and effectively with providers, staff, patients, and families Maintain compliance with all protocols, infection control, and safety standards ✅ Job Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience – Required Previous travel nursing experience – Preferred Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license in the state of practice – Required BLS (AHA) – Required ACLS (AHA) – Required PALS (AHA) – Required TNCC – Required or must obtain prior to start
