Robert Half is recruiting for a Technical Business Analyst to join a real estate firm. This role is outside IR35 ROLE: Business Analyst LENGTH: 12- 18 Months contract LOCATION: Hybrid (London) - 3 days on site PAY: Outside IR35 Role Overview A fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation is looking for a Business Analyst to join its growing Tech & Transformation function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the development and delivery of innovative projects that directly impact the future of the business. About the Role As a Business Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of cross-functional project teams, supporting the discovery, planning, and execution of initiatives aligned to the organisation’s Technology Roadmap. You’ll engage with stakeholders from across the business to understand their needs, map existing processes, and help design solutions that are both effective and scalable. Key Responsibilities Process Mapping & Analysis : Work closely with business users to understand existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Requirements Gathering : Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to extract and prioritise detailed business and technical requirements. Solution Design Collaboration : Partner with developers and technical teams to design and review solutions that meet agreed business outcomes. Testing & Validation : Develop comprehensive test plans and work with users to ensure new systems and features deliver expected results. Project Support : Contribute to project planning and rollout efforts, ensuring that new solutions are well-adopted and integrated into business-as-usual activities.
