Technical Delivery Manager

Daily rate contract opportunity to work with this leading enterprise financial organisation based in Newcastle, NSW. This organisation has several major technology and digital initiatives they are looking to achieve over the next few years and need some experienced delivery managers to help facilitate this. We are looking for experienced project managers who have delivered digital, enterprise CRM/ERP, applications, infrastructure, and or data analytics projects across enterprise organisations. If you have Agile delivery experience, that would be great and also if you have worked in the banking/financial sector that would be a bonus but not a deal breaker. This role is based in Newcastle with flexible work-from-home arrangements and an initial 6-month contract with extension options. Your experience Ideally have 5 years of experience working on Enterprise ERP/CRM, Digital, Financial Systems, Applications, Infrastructure or Data Migration projects.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to maintain effective relationships, and ensure the project is aligned to business objectives.Strong team leadership and ability to communicate a vision for the project, creating a motivating environment and building a team culture with a focus on ownership, delivery and collaboration across business and ITHighly experienced with one or more of the following AGILE, PRINCE2, PMBOK, with proven ability to embed agile ways of working into project delivery framework. Highly experienced in producing clear and concise reporting to senior management and using PM technology tools to drive project outcomes.
