Part time /Full time Options Center Supervisors - Person in Charge Operating 11 OOSH Services and 3 Vacation Care Centers in the Maitland /Lower Hunter Valley area with over 30 years experiences in the Child Care Industry. Vacancies now exists in our OOSH services for the positions- Day to Day Person-in-Charge(Supervisor). The applicants should be experienced, enthusiastic, creative and energetic individuals with a genuine interest for 5-12year old children. Supervisors are employed on a Permanent Part- time or Full-time basis. Open to options and discussions. Applicants must be able to work with MBCCCLtd Philosophy and vision statement. Supervisor duties include: - Management of children and staff - Planning and Programming activities and menus - Participation in an accreditation process with all elements of 'My time, our Place' framework. - Completing and keeping up to date the self-assessment tool. - Open communication with school and community. Essential Criteria: A Qualification in any of the following: -Diploma in Children's Services - Diploma in OOSH - Bachelor in Early Childhood/Primary Education -Certificate 111 in Children's Services - All with a minimum of 3 years experiences. Plus the following: - Current Paid Working with Children Check - Meet the criteria of a 'fit and proper'. - Current Child Protection Qualification CHCPRT001 - Hold a current HLTAID012 First Aid - Reliable and trustworthy.
