Dental Assistant/Receptionist

We are a small, privately owned dental practice looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team in a dual role as both Dental Assistant and Receptionist! If you’re passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoy variety in your day-to-day responsibilities, then we’d love to hear from you! About the Role – Dental Assistant & Receptionist (Dual Role): Provide chairside assistance to the dentist across all areas of general dentistry, including orthodontics and oral surgery. Deliver hands-on support for a variety of dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout. Manage front desk duties, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and handling phone and email enquiries. Contribute to the smooth daily operations of the practice, both clinically and administratively. Enjoy a 4-day work week with a Rostered Day Off (RDO) each week. What We’re Looking For: Someone who is reliable, flexible, and confident working in a dual role across both clinical and reception settings. A can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in all aspects of dental assisting and front office procedures. The ability to multitask and stay calm and efficient under pressure. A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience from the front desk to the dental chair.
