Great for hungry up-and-comers who want to learn fast and earn faster. Mid-Level (5 Years Sales Exp) $80K base performance commissions. Ideal for closers who’ve worked in SaaS, Martech, Marketing Agency sales. Premium base upgrades available for: Proven success in AI, DAM, document automation Franchise/DAM/AI software, or enterprise software sales OTE range: $180K – $300K ✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Strong sales & communication skills (confident cold outreach) Self-motivated, structured, and ready to close Comfortable talking to senior enterprise buyers Smart, tech-literate, and high accountability Bonus: Experience selling SaaS, AI, Martech, or to franchises Languages other than English? WORK STRUCTURE Location: In-office, Surfers Paradise (Gold Coast HQ)Shift options (Monday–Friday - negotiable on timing/days to suit applicants ): Early: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Late: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm Overnight option: Tuesday–Friday (10:00 pm – 6:30 am) also on request WFH visa holders welcome, if you can commit full-time for 6 months.
