Workfast is looking for Concrete Agi Drivers for an immediate start on an ongoing basis in Kalgoorlie WA. This is for local candidates only. Not a FIFO position. What you get $45.20 per hour overtime penalties Monday - Friday - must be flexible to work every second weekend 8 - 10 hour days What you need Kalgoorlie Residency. Must be local HR Driver Licence with a clean driving record. Drivers Medical (Highly desirable) Previous experience as an agitator driver or in a similar role is preferred. Construction White Card Work safe WA Fatigue Management Certificate Strong commitment to safety and a thorough understanding of safety regulations. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and ability to perform routine checks. Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job, including the ability to lift heavy objects. Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and overtime as needed. What you will be doing Driving and delivering concrete around Kalgoorlie Safely operate an agitator truck to deliver premixed concrete to designated locations. Conduct thorough inspections of the concrete mixer to ensure it meets safety and quality standards. Comply with all relevant safety, health, and environmental legislation to maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work instructions, including drivers' instructions. Assist with regular maintenance activities as directed by the production supervisor, including completing the Daily Operator Checklist and ensuring truck and mixer cleanliness. Conduct regular inspections of the concrete in the mixer to ensure it conforms to the nominated specifications. Monitor and maintain the slump of each load within tolerance limits.
