Social Media and Content Specialist

Key Responsibilities Create engaging video, photography, and graphic design content for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our internal LMS. Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts, including post scheduling and community management. Participate in diverse marketing campaigns from real estate developments to retail mall activations . Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to align creative content with strategic goals. Build and nurture our digital community, enhancing brand awareness and audience growth. Compile and analyse monthly digital reports for social media and websites, evaluating ROI and performance metrics. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Social Media , Marketing, or a related creative field. Proven experience managing social media accounts and content for multiple platforms. Skills & Attributes Skilled in video production, photography , and graphic design with a strong creative portfolio . High attention to detail with an ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and a team player who embraces company culture.
