VACANCY A career opportunity exists at TRANSMAC NIGEL for the position of: FLEET CONTROLLER Job Summary: Oversee all aspects of fleet management (productivity, wages, fuel consumption, route planning, etc) Assign and ensure execution of tasks to drivers Track orders and deliveries Constant monitoring of driver and vehicle performance and efficiency & finding ways to improve productivity Co-ordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure the fleet is maintained, including scheduling of services and COF inspections for vehicles to remain in a safe and roadworthy condition Become competent and proficient on the TMS system Requirement: Matric Computer literate Excel (compulsory) Experience in fleet management (controller) will be an advantage Own Transport Sober habits Willing to work long hours, public holidays, and weekends Remuneration: To be discussed in the interview Applications will close on Friday 7 May 2025 at close of business
