Team Manager

The Sansone Group is in search of an organized, professional real estate executive administrator to serve as the Team Manager for one of Houston's top real estate teams. Your responsibilities include working directly with team leaders and team members and their systems to effectively manage a busy, fast-paced team. $50,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Contracts - Ensure accuracy compliance with real estate transactions
• Listings - Oversee the listing process and maintain accurate records
• Leads - Maintain and manage real estate lead platforms databases
• Support - Provide direct support to team leaders while assisting all team members

• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
• 5+ years experience as an office manager, executive administrator, or related position
• Experience using spreadsheets, word processing programs, and Multiple Listing Services
• Prior experience in Real Estate
• Able to effectively communicate with clients, team leaders, and team members
