Paradigm Oral Health is looking for a motivated and strategic Regional Operations Manager to join our team of healthcare leaders. Based on the West Coast and overseeing oral surgery practices throughout the Western region, you’ll play a key role in elevating both patient care and operational success.

What You’ll Do:

• Inspire and lead local practice teams to deliver top-tier care and patient experience

• Optimize operations using data-driven strategies and KPI tracking

• Drive financial performance and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency

• Coach and develop talent through training, support, and performance feedback

• Ensure clinical compliance with state, federal, and industry standards

• Partner with senior leadership to shape business expansion across the West

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in dental or healthcare operations, ideally in a regional or multi-site leadership role

• Track record of success in growing teams and driving operational results

• Strong financial skills: budgeting, revenue cycle, and P&L management

• Excellent communicator and team builder

• A strategic thinker who can balance daily execution with long-term goals

• Must be based on the West Coast and able to travel within the region
