Location: Ruston, LA
Salary: Starting at $64,000+, based on experience + Quarterly Bonuses
Paid Time Off: 3 weeks of accrued vacation, plus sick time, and a floating holiday

Your Role as Maintenance Supervisor:
At The Preserve at Tech, we're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facilities operations. You'll oversee a skilled team of Maintenance Technicians, prioritize work orders, manage inventory, and ensure our beautiful community stays in top shape — all while delivering the highest level of service to our residents.
This is a role for someone who knows the ropes, leads by example, and believes that excellence starts with the details.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Maintenance Technicians
- Coordinate service requests and prioritize work orders for efficient resolution
- Perform regular property inspections to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained community
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to support daily operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Partner with leadership on budgeting and strategic planning
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergency maintenance requests
- Lead by example, setting a high standard for professionalism, skill, and resident satisfaction
What You Bring:
- Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance or related fields, preferably in a supervisory role
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team-building skills — you inspire, coach, and get results
- Technical Knowledge: Solid expertise in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance procedures
- Skills: Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Mindset: Resourceful, proactive, and calm under pressure — you get it done right the first time
- Extras: Valid driver's license; EPA Certification and CPO required
