Food Service Training Manager

Job Description Aramark Healthcare is seeking a Food Service Training Manager at University of Mississippi Medical Center, located in Jackson, MS. The Food Service Training Manager will be responsible for training all Food Service employees to ensure that all Aramark processes are learned and practiced by all new and existing employees. This position will be tasked with training and cultural workforce development for all Salaried and Hourly employees. Job Responsibilities Food Service safety training for staff ensuring compliance with client and Aramark safety programs and serves as a point of contact for safety related claims and issues.? Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers. Demonstrates professionalism and courtesy when answering/responding to all calls and requests. Ensures employees comply with JCAHO, OSHA, Aramark, hospital, and infection control. Provides employees with checklists, guidebooks, or other training material to ensure proper procedures and processes are followed. Assists in enhancing productivity and efficient operations of the department. Oversees on the job training of new employees and retraining of existing employees Lead and facilitate training sessions and shoulder to shoulder training, ensuring a positive experience Monitors effectiveness of departmental training by rounding on employees and making operational observations and adjusting to improve outcomes. Track and report on training metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of training programs.
