Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions is working alongside a bustling local authority, based in Dorset , which needs an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join their team and handle predominately education prosecutions matters . Contract length: 3 months ongoing Key Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor role: Handle education prosecutions and other litigation cases on behalf of the Council. Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders. Draft legal documentation and undertake advocacy in court as required. Liaise with external counsel and other relevant bodies. Benefits included with the Litigation Solicitor position: Weekly pay. Hybrid working (office attendance once per month). Flexible hours. We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
