SENIOR CRO ANALYST UP TO £65,000 HYBRID – LONDON – 2 days a week in the office THE COMPANY This well-known marketing agency is going through some amazing growth at the moment, and now they are looking for a CRO Manager to join the team! THE ROLE As a CRO Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following: Both developing and executing experimentation strategies Working closely with internal and external stakeholders and be a key point of contact for clients Analysing user journeys and utilising tools like google analytics, contentsquare, hotjar, etc. Working alongside data scientists to ensure they are pulling the necessary data Providing actionable insights and overseeing the design of tests YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Experience in CRO within an agency is strongly preferred Experience hands-on with CRO tools needed GA4 experience needed to extract insights SQL/Python experience is a plus BENEFITS Salary up to £65,000 Hybrid working Tight-knit team Great opportunity for ownership How to apply Express your interest by sending your CV to Theo via the apply link on this page
