Job Title: Junior Institutional Operations Specialist Location: Centurion, Gauteng Industry: Financial Services / Investments Overview: A leading investment firm is seeking a Junior Institutional Operations Specialist to join their Institutional Operations Administration team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a finance-related qualification and 12 years of experience in an investment operations or financial services environment. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process investment transactions, including trades, transfers, and payments. Maintain and update client and transaction records in line with regulatory requirements. Assist with cash and scrip reconciliations and the administration of listed derivatives and off-market investments. Prepare and deliver reports to internal stakeholders. Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and transition projects. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations. Minimum Requirements: BCom Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Investments, or related field. 12 years' experience in a financial operations environment. Strong Excel and data management skills. Understanding of financial markets and investment products. Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. A team player who contributes positively to change and innovation.
