Job Description
What Youâll Do: Plan, execute, and oversee property renovation, upgrade, and development projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for seamless execution Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability best practices Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track What Youâll Bring: A proven track record in successful project management Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent organisational and time-management abilities A passion for conservation, sustainability, and innovative property development Relevant experience in property development, construction, or a related field Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or a related Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
