About Our Client: UKs leading HR recruitment business, with offices in London, Thames Valley, and Birmingham. Over the last 16 years, we have delivered year-on-year growth and as such we are now in need of an experienced Contracts & Reporting consultant to support us through our next phase of development. Currently 76 people we are ambitiously looking to achieve 40% growth in the coming financial year. Job Description: The main objectives for this role is to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the bid, contracts and compliance team. Be the business contact in driving compliance, monitoring adherence and standards while acting as the main point for contact with our clients, supervisory authorities, legal advisers, insurers and data subjects for the EU. This role will involve working closely with senior management, sales, and back office support teams. Contracts: Management of one team member Overseeing all contractual (PSL) matters as presented by clients and advise on clauses that need further review by management Oversee and advise on compliance and key information needed by the business regarding insurance and contractor data. Maintain all records on our database for PSL agreements and terms agreed across the business. Identify when the records need to be updated on these agreements and be able to Produce ad hoc reports as and when needed by internal staff members Liaise with clients for legal and compliance requirements regarding internal business matters Bid/Tenders: Evaluating and qualifying tender opportunities Coordinate and manage the bid from start to end with close liaison with consultants Own and produce creative quality bid responses Provide support for negotiations following a bid response submission i.e. pricing negotiations Provide ad-hoc support for the wider team when necessary e.g. help with research projects, non-tender opportunities and supplier questionnaires Assisting with the delivery of presentation/pitch support material Maintaining the bid library GDPR: Monitor data management procedures and compliance within the company Work with the internal teams to ensure they know what is expected of them under the new GDPR regulations and give them practical help to overcome areas of risk Offer consultation on how to deal with privacy breaches and reporting to ICO Responding to and completing Subject Access Request (SAR) under the GDPR Right to Access liaising closely with IT Produce Data Protection training for group staff. Work directly with the COO, FD, IT Manager Provide general support to the business Skills required: Ability to communicate at all levels of an organisation. Background in bid writing, ideally within a recruitment environment. Experience in working with HR / recruitment contracts or legal background. Able to work with tight timetables and meet deadlines set. Be innovative Good attention to detail Good Word and Excel, PowerPoint skills Self-motivated Confident - needs to be able to work with others and influence sales people to provide information under time deadlines
