Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain function, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and the execution of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) process. QUALIFICATIONS: B.Com Degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, or related field. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: 8 - 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain within a large, multi-site organization. Proven experience managing international and national warehousing and distribution networks. Strong knowledge of procurement and supplier management best practices. Hands-on experience with the S&OP process, including demand planning and supplier input. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory). Strong ERP system experience (e.g., Navision or Business Central). Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Clean credit record and no criminal record. Understanding of the valve industry is a distinct advantage.
