GRINDING OPERATOR

SURFACE GRINDING OPERATOR with ARTISAN Qualification (Trade) * Matric or equivalent * Artisan Trade * Set up Grinding Machines according to specifications * Select the appropriate Grinding Segments or Wheel * Adjust Machine Settings * Ensure Blades is positioned * Adjust Feed Rates, Grinding Speeds to match the Material being processed * Operate Surface Grinding Machines to Grind Steel for the Manufacture of Industrial Blades * Inspect Blades during Grinding Process * Accurate Measuring of Jobs, using Tools such as Micrometers, Verniers & Gauges * Lubrication & Replacement of worn-out Parts * I dentify specific Materials for processing as different Material may require * Maintain or Sharpen Tools used in the Grinding process * Clean Criminal record - will be verified
