Financial Manager

Prepare and present comprehensive management accounts Develop, compile and interpret weekly business KPIs Lead the budgeting process and financial planning Coordinate annual financial statements in conjunction with auditors Collaborate with ICT team on systems and reporting development Assist General Manager of specific business unit in managing team(s) Manage and mentor accounting staff Build and maintain positive relationships with business stakeholders Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the CFO B Acc (CA) SA, and or CIMA certification qualification Advanced computer literacy skills (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Power BI Reporting) Relevant experience in FMCG or agriculture will be advantageous. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to prioritise, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Well-developed pressure management skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach. Willing to travel
