Yash Technologies - Principal Consultant - SAP PP/QM Modules

Role Description : As a SAP PP QM Principal Consultant/Solution Architect, you will be a subject matter expert, responsible for leading full lifecycle SAP implementation projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design innovative solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your hands-on experience in PP/QM configuration, cross-module integrations, and S4 HANA implementations will be crucial to your success. Job Description : Responsibilities : - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP PP/QM solutions, with a focus on S4 HANA. - Provide expert guidance on PP/QM configuration, best practices, and industry standards. - Conduct detailed business requirements gathering and analysis. - Develop and document functional and technical specifications. - Lead and participate in workshops and design sessions with clients. - Lead at least one S4 HANA implementation project (greenfield or brownfield). - Define and manage project scope, timelines, and resources. - Ensure successful data migration and cutover activities. - Provide expert guidance on S4 HANA best practices and functionalities. - Design and implement seamless integrations between PP/QM and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO). - Ensure data consistency and integrity across integrated systems. - Serve as an onsite delivery lead for at least three full lifecycle E2E implementation projects. - Manage project teams and ensure effective communication with clients. - Provide leadership and mentorship to junior consultants. - Leverage experience in Plant Maintenance/EAM solutions to enhance manufacturing processes. - Integrate PP/QM with EAM functionalities for improved asset management. - Apply hands-on experience in implementing PP/QM in discrete and process industries. - Understand industry-specific requirements and challenges. - Leverage experience working in validated environments to ensure compliance and quality. - Utilize knowledge of advanced planning solutions to optimize manufacturing processes. - Understand and integrate third-party tools in the manufacturing space (LIMS, MES, Track-wise). - Apply excellent knowledge of project implementation methodologies relevant to SAP products. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices. Required Skills : SAP PP QM Expertise : - 15 years of strong SAP Manufacturing (PP/QM) expertise. - Proven experience as an analyst, configurator, and lead in PP and QM areas. - Hands-on experience in implementing PP/QM in discrete and process industries. - Experience leading at least one S4 HANA implementation project (greenfield or brownfield). - Strong knowledge of cross-module integrations. - Experience as an onsite delivery lead for at least three full lifecycle E2E implementation projects. - Experience working on Plant Maintenance/EAM solutions. - Experience working in a validated environment. - Knowledge of advanced planning solutions. - Good knowledge of third-party tools in the manufacturing space (LIMS, MES, Track-wise). - Excellent knowledge of project implementation methodologies related to SAP products. Qualifications : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - 15 years of SAP PP QM experience. - Proven track record of leading successful SAP implementation projects. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry best practices. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
