This is a unique opportunity to shape and grow the Contentious Probate department while handling high-quality work, including international cases. Working closely with an experienced partner, you will: Manage a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts, Estates and Disputes, including liaising with various lawyers regarding cross-jurisdiction matters Build and grow the department by bringing a following Oversee and mentor junior and associate solicitors Drive business development and represent the firm at events Experience with international clients is ideal, but we also welcome those with a keen interest in developing expertise in this area.
