Clinic Manager

Minimum Requirements: A relevant degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (essential) Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare environment Experience and knowledge of general business and financial management and strategic planning & execution Sound understanding of the private healthcare industry Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth and effective day-to-day clinic operations Drive and achieve financial performance targets Marketing and promotion of clinic services Build and manage strong relationships with doctors and other key stakeholders Oversee people management, including staffing, development, and performance Implement and monitor quality assurance systems Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and risk management standards
