Job Description

A PRP (Payroll and HR) Time and Attendance Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate records of employees' working hours, attendance, and leave. Their primary duties may include: 1. Time and Attendance Management: Monitoring and tracking employee hours, including clocking in/out, breaks, and leave. 2. Payroll Processing: Ensuring accurate payroll data, including hours worked, overtime, and leave balances. 3. Attendance Tracking: Maintaining records of employee attendance, including absences, tardiness, and leave requests. 4. Leave Management: Administering employee leave policies, including vacation, sick leave, and other types of leave. 5. Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately entering and updating employee data, including time and attendance records, in HR and payroll systems. 6. Reporting and Analytics: Generating reports on attendance, leave, and payroll data to support business decisions. 7. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations related to time and attendance. 8. Employee Support: Responding to employee inquiries and resolving issues related to time and attendance, leave, and payroll. 9. System Administration: Maintaining and updating time and attendance systems, including software and hardware. 10. Audit and Compliance: Participating in audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The role of a PRP Time and Attendance Administrator is critical in ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and supporting employee management.
