Operations Manager

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for coordinating all operational departments: Production (Presses, Welding, Painting and Assembly), Maintenance of all areas of the plant, Tool Room, Materials (Logistics); as well as Interacting with Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR, IT, etc. in order to achieve established goals. Also, this position is responsible for the launching of new projects in an operational manner, working in coordination with the new projects and engineering team. Main Indicators: Safety: Accidents, Incidents and safety system compliance. Quality: Customer Complaints, Internal Customer Complaints, IATF Certification. Profitability: OEE, FTQ, Down Time, Cost Savings, etc. Morale: Absenteeism, Turnover, Training. Indispensable requirements: Experience in Metal Mechanics production process. Experience in a similar position for 3 years Multifunctional approach is required. Manufacturing: High knowledge in MIG welding (GMAW), SPOT welding, Assembly (Torque), Progressive and transfer presses (400 to 2500 tons). Tool Room: Knowledge of die maintenance. Preventive, predictive and TPM maintenance. Management and knowledge of the IATF standard. Handling and knowledge of analysis and troubleshooting, problem prevention processes (Poka/yokes). Management and knowledge of Supply Chain. Experience in launching new projects. Availability of schedule. Preferred requirements: Manufacturing: Knowledge in powder coat processes. Job stability, at least 3 years in last job.
