Billing Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in billing processes ? We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team and oversee the invoicing process for national clients in the automotive industry . If you have experience managing client portals like FORD, STELLANTIS, or AUDI , we want to hear from you Position Objective: Manage the billing process for national clients in the automotive sector , ensuring the accurate issuance of invoices and compliance with administrative procedures related to key client portals. Responsibilities: ✔️ Invoice Processing: Issue and manage sales invoices for national clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. ✔️ Client Portal Management: Upload and track invoices in digital platforms, ensuring compliance with each client’s specific requirements. ✔️ Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues in client portals related to invoicing errors, discrepancies, or payment delays. ✔️ Client Communication: Work directly with customers to address any questions or concerns regarding invoices. ✔️ Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to national and international fiscal regulations while keeping up to date with electronic invoicing standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (SAP desirable). Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Technical Competencies: SAP (desirable) or ERP management. Office suite. Advanced Excel.
