As a Structural Designer at SSOE, you will collaborate with fellow Structural Designers, engineering teams, and Project Managers to develop innovative solutions for intricate and challenging designs, incorporating the latest design methodologies while ensuring adherence to specifications and timely project completion. Our Structural Designers will be responsible for creating conceptual designs, conducting structural analysis, and producing detailed construction drawings for state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing facilities for the world’s leading high-tech companies. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software is essential for developing accurate and comprehensive structural drawings. . . Responsibilities The following duties are typical of the position but are not all encompassing. Responsibilities include those required to deliver quality service on schedule and within budget in a team environment. Analyzes sketches, notes and other input materials to determine and plan the best approach to prepare drawings. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural components efficiently into overall facility design. Design and model using AutoCAD and Revit software for 2D and 3D modeling to create accurate and detailed structural drawings of new structures and retrofitting of existing structures. Ensure that all design elements are accurately represented. Perform analysis and calculations to ensure the structural integrity and safety of designs, considering various load conditions and requirements under the supervision of a Sr. Engineer or Project Manager. Create comprehensive construction packages including specifications, bill of materials, and technical documentation for fabrication and construction teams. Collaborate with other disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, process/chemical, and architectural to solve design problems and challenges. Provide support during construction phases, addressing any design-related queries or modifications as needed. Able to select from client details standard installation details (SIDS) know which SIDS need to be included in the package . . . What You Will Bring: Bachelors Degree in Engineering as Civil Engineer or Structural Engineer With one or two (1 - 2) years of related practical experience with former employer(s) Advanced english level Graduted from College between 2023 to 2025 (This is a Junior position) Experience with AutoCAD and Structural Engineering software REVIT Knowledge (Desirable) Desirable experienced with Industrial Projects or related to semiconductors Industry (Structural design). Other related experience such as designing racks, steel supports, plugins to manufacturing machines, conveyor lines, steel structures, etc. . .
