About the Company The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, and driving continuous improvement. This position requires a strong focus on internal customer support, legal compliance, and adapting best HR practices from the U.S. to Mexico, with a commitment to excellence and detailed follow-up on all HR functions. About the Role Key Responsibilities & Scope: Wellness Program Management: Oversee the timely execution of wellness initiatives, including medical check-ups, medical insurance policy renewals, life insurance, healthy bonuses, and wellness bonuses. Payroll Management: Ensure timely reporting of payroll incidents such as hires, promotions, terminations, and changes in benefits. Vendor Coordination: Set up new vendors and manage payment processes. Hiring & Termination: Oversee the hiring and termination processes within Workday. Legal Compliance: Ensure HR processes are in full compliance with legal requirements for corporate team members in Mexico. Talent Management: Key Talent Identification, collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and successors for critical positions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources processes in a similar role as HRBP or HR Manager in a manufacturing plant. Knowledge in Mexico's labor law. Advanced English proficiency is required. Valid visa and passport with the ability to travel is a plus.
