Job Description

The Sr. Human Resources Business partner is responsible for completing, designing and executing a variety and wide range of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department for the corporate areas in LATAM working with other members of the department to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees, strategize about HR programs to benefit workplace culture, act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics, leads recruitment processes for proactive recruitment and bringing A players into the company, mapping the internal and external market pull of potential talent, employee relations, training and development activities. Acts as a business partner that understand the business end to end, works with a deep business perspective and is able to resolve problems with certain level of complexity with minor supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES · Leads the recruitment process end to end for corporate teams in LATAM, guaranteeing a selection process that allows attracting the right talent to open vacancies, whether internal or external processes taking care and ensuring a great experience for the candidate. · Design a recruitment and selection process strategy that addresses from sourcing to filling the position, this includes pipeline generation, market track and benchmark of the industry and leverage our external postings visibility within online sources. · Design the plan for each employee according to the position for on-boarding process for new hires or promoted employees into new roles, assuring the whole process will impact positively into the employee’s success in the company. · Ensures all employees have all the necessary tools for their job and access to the company ERP (SAP, oracle, VertivWeb, etc). · Ensuring each employee in the company has an stablished sales target and it is informed accordingly and on a timely manner, this might include changes of compensation plans for promotion or organizational changes. · Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. · Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. · Recommend strategies to motivate employees and initiatives that promotes Vertiv´s Culture and Values. · Supports and coordinates employee development plans and performance management. · Ensures the organizational structure is updated in the HR ERPs (HCM, Oracle, Betterworks, etc) · Understands and acts as a point of contact for SIP and bonus calculations related matters. · Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices. · Supports regional HR activities EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS · Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Social Studies, Industrial Engineering and or related. · 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources. · English Level – Intermediate/advanced. · Efficient HR administration and people management skills. · Deep knowledge of HR functions and best practices. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines. · Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills. · Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. · Meticulous attention to detail.
