Sales Engineer, IND

Initiate and develop relationships with end users and related channel networks, including agencies, to make Grundfos the preferred and most saleable brand in the market. Achieve individual sales targets and implement sales policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and provide guidelines for the sales team. Build and maintain good relationships with external stakeholders, including end users, consulting firms, and service partners. Develop sales strategies and action plans based on sales targets for specific business areas. What do you need to apply? Master’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in an industrial environment. Knowledge of industrial pumping applications and water treatment. Technical background in products and applications. Familiarity with the Industry End Users market and channels. Fluent in English, able to operate in a multinational environment. High ethical standards are essential, along with a healthy control environment to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent information. Fluency in English is required. Experience with SAP, BW, and IBM Cognos suites is advantageous. Location: Rome or province.
