Openjobmetis, divisione Permanent placement, sta ricercando per importante azienda metalmeccanica di Arezzo, la figura di: Posizione Capo Officina La risorsa si occuperà di: Coordination and management of daily workshop activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Supervision of the machining and assembly of metal components. Managing and planning the work of technicians and operators, optimizing resources and workload. Verifying the proper functioning of equipment and planning routine and extraordinary maintenance. Monitoring work quality and compliance with technical specifications, intervening in case of non-conformities. Collaborating with the design and production teams to optimize processes and resolve technical issues. Managing safety and order within the workshop, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Requirements include: Previous experience as a Workshop Manager or in an equivalent role, preferably in metalworking environments. Experience in the wood or related sectors and/or thermoplastic welding is preferred. Excellent team management and organizational skills. Knowledge of metalworking processes and technologies. Deep understanding of workplace safety regulations. Problem-solving skills and a strong predisposition to teamwork. Leadership, communication, and motivation skills.
