Position Overview: The firm is seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Senior Analyst to join its investment team in Milan. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced investors in evaluating and executing private equity transactions across Italy and the wider European market. Key Responsibilities: Support all aspects of the investment process, from origination to execution and portfolio management Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation analysis, and market research Participate in due diligence processes across commercial, financial, and legal workstreams Prepare investment committee materials and assist in internal deal presentations Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives post-investment Collaborate with senior team members, management teams, and external advisors Qualifications & Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, strategy consulting, or another top-tier buy-side or advisory environment Outstanding financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated passion for investing Excellent academic track record from a leading university or business school Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, meritocratic environment J-18808-Ljbffr
