This individual should have experience managing operations, commercial activities, as well as human resources, finance, and communication. The ideal candidate will be an experienced communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate in the development of the company’s various departments. Ultimately, the General Manager must be driven by a desire to lead our business toward maximum productivity and efficiency. 1. Key Responsibilities: 1.1. Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement financial and operational recovery strategies, redefining the company’s goals to maximize profitability and efficiency. 1.2. Crisis Management : Lead the company through a restructuring process, including negotiations with creditors, process redefinition, and cost-cutting initiatives. 1.3. Stakeholder Management : Establish and maintain clear and effective communication with investors, business partners, clients, labor unions, and internal teams. 1.4. Financial Management : Restructure the company’s financial health by improving cash flow, seeking new funding sources, and efficiently managing working capital. 1.5. Compliance : Ensure the company meets environmental and regulatory standards, especially concerning the use of recyclable materials and sustainable practices. 1.6. Strategic Commercial Management : Develop and implement the company’s sales and marketing strategy, with a focus on market expansion and increased competitiveness. Responsible for setting commercial targets, identifying new niches, and ensuring revenue growth. 1.7. Strengthening Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring the company understands their needs and provides customized solutions, especially during transitional periods. 1.8. Industry Market Awareness : Monitor ongoing market research to identify emerging trends such as the growing demand for sustainable PVC or opportunities in new international markets. 1.9. Innovation and Sustainable Growth : Explore new market opportunities and product development initiatives. 2. Industry and Operational Expertise: 2.1. Experience in PVC Processing : In-depth knowledge of extrusion, injection, and other industrial processes specific to the plastics sector. 2.2. Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with environmental and regulatory legislation applicable to the PVC industry, including European regulations. 2.3. Production Management : Ability to manage and optimize industrial operations with a focus on cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and product quality improvement. 2.4. Digital Transformation : Hands-on experience with Industry 4.0, automation, and digitalization of production processes. 3. Crisis Management and Business Recovery Expertise: 3.1.
